We’ll discuss vision and handle the sourcing of your vendor team. Our experienced planners will review quotes, contracts and provide guidance. We handle all the back and forth with your vendors.

 

Wedding design is our passion! Creating a perfect day with attention to small details such as decor, tables, place settings, napkins, invitations, signage, and everything else in between!

Partial Planning​​

​

Perfect for the couples who have completed some of the planning process, but need professional guidance to make their dream wedding happen. This is a collaborative approach to help bring your vision to life. We’ll step in 6-9 months from your wedding.​

  • Vendor recommendations/guidance

  • Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception floor plan designs

  • Ceremony set up including programs, unity candles, card box, framed photos, etc.

  • Cocktail hour set up including guest book, bar menu, etc.

  • Reception set up including place cards, table numbers, card box, framed signage, signage on easels, wedding favors, framed photos, guest book, etc.

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and staff.

  • On site coordination for ceremony run through.

  • Four planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details.

  • Venue walk through

  • Detailed timeline for all contracted vendors

  • Detailed timeline for family & wedding party

  • Coordinate vendor load in/load out

  • Unlimited advice via email

  • Coordination of reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.

  • Take care of any last-minute details

​You’ve got this, but you need someone to come in on your wedding day and execute. We’ll meet 4-6 weeks out and go through your timeline, checklists and make any needed adjustments. We come in on wedding day and ensure your family and friends don’t have to lift a finger.
