Located close to the Country Club Plaza, The Magnolia in Brookside features over 5,000 square feet of mid-century modern indoor space and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor urban garden. This venue can accommodate-up to 150 guests for an outdoor ceremony and up to 175 guests for an indoor reception.

Magnolia Brookside is adorned with Art Deco crystal chandeliers, delicate string lighting, a reclaimed wooden plank dance floor, exposed ceiling, glass garage doors and an open floorplan.
YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES
Venue opens at noon for setup
(5 hours reception time, 6 hours with ceremony)

With Magnolia Events, you have the freedom to host your own bar. We provide your bartenders. We also provide a list of trusted catering vendors. Because we want you and your guests to have the best experience possible, any caterers not on our recommended vendors list require approval.

Magnolia Venue is beyond beautiful! The space is elegant and feels like home! I always dreamed of a garden wedding and this place is straight out of a wedding catalog. The decoration inventory is huge! I couldn't image getting married anywhere else! The staff is so kind and they are all SO helpful!
